Faster EFT Explains How to Properly Use Affirmations

Although there’s no harm in using affirmations, if you are using them without changing the data in your subconscious, it’s like setting your GPS to go to one destination, and then verbally telling it you want to go somewhere else.

If the coordinates in your GPS are set to San Francisco, and you want to go to San Diego, you will need to change those coordinates to San Diego. And once you’ve set them to San Diego, while there is no harm in speaking to your GPS, there is no need to keep telling it you’re going to San Diego, because it’s already set to go there.

Still Using Affirmations

The Difference Between Affirmations and Changing the Original Data

Once you have changed the original records in your subconscious – by flipping the memories you hold, to which your subconscious is referring – you will automatically start experiencing the results.

For example, if you currently earn $20,000 per year, and you want to make $100,000 per year, the fact that you’re only making $20,000 means you have records in your subconscious that dictate that you can’t earn more than that.

You could be using an affirmation like: “I make $100,000 per year” or “I’m so happy and grateful now that I make $100,000 per year” – but if you are holding “proof” in the form of memories that you cannot earn more than $20,000, or that it’s in some way detrimental to you to earn more than that, then your affirmations will not have any effect.

It’s like telling the GPS verbally that you want to go to San Diego when it’s set to go to San Francisco. But once you change those original records, you will automatically find yourself earning more.

How to Change Your Destination at the Source

The equivalent of resetting the coordinates in your GPS is using FasterEFT to change the original records that your subconscious is referring to – the data that dictates your perspective, and therefore your reality and experiences. Use your affirmations to find what needs changing.

So, using the example above, if you want to earn $100,000 per year, use an affirmation; and as you say the words, notice what comes into your mind, and notice what you feel.

Notice any resistance, any memories, and any evidence you have from your past that you cannot achieve it. And this time, instead of pushing those objections away and continuing with the affirmation, stop and use FasterEFT to clear each of those objections.

Each time something comes to you that contradicts your affirmation, stop and tap it out using FasterEFT. By doing this, you are changing the coordinates in your GPS, and you will then automatically start to experience the results you want.
