Faster EFT aims to help you not only to become a protector, but also a guide to your emotions. What we teach is emotional intelligence. We welcome all emotions, and we adjust and change the ones that are uncomfortable, such as the ones that create what we call ill health.
One of the things that does create ill health is emotional experiences, all the way from our childhood to our present. So, we know that consciously we don’t remember them, especially traumatic memories. It’s the brain’s way of protecting us.
But a lot of the times, unconsciously it remembers everything. The unconscious remembers everything. The beauty of the conscious is that it has amnesia to parts of ourselves to protect us from memories that are hurtful and unpleasant so that we can function better in our daily lives.
The things that FasterEFT will help you know, create, find and change are the things that we don’t know. And how that happens is that our bodies will express what the unconscious holds. Whether you’re consciously aware of it or not. This is commonly referred to as body language.
And of course, metaphorically, the physical pains in our body will represent how we hold our past. You see the body is the honest communication and expression of our unconscious resources.
And you’ve done it before – You’re out at work, you have a phone call, you interact with somebody and now you feel sick, frustrated, hurt etc. You feel nauseated, you’ve got a headache and it really goes back to not being able to change how you feel, not being able to change your emotions, with regards to that specific person or situation.
When you don’t deal with your emotions, it’ll start showing up in your body. What we at Faster EFT want do is to be the governor or the protector or the guide to our own emotions and help create health in our body by going in to our unconscious and addressing how we feel.

Most people think, “My body is making me feel bad.” The body has memory. The truth is that the body is a sounding board to the unconscious emotional resources. Which means the body is innocent and it just follows what the mind holds.
When you change what’s in your mind, you change how your body responds.
There’s a lot of people Faster EFT has helped by addressing emotions, by addressing their past experiences. By addressing their memories of accidents and hurt, their body transforms. It begins to heal, because it follows the mind. So, as your mind heals, your body follows.
You know this is true. We can show you how right now. Think of a happy memory or thought. And immediately you begin to feel the feelings of happiness. Likewise, when you have a negative thought, you feel sad, angry, hurt or depressed. Because the body is a servant. The body is an honest communication of your unconscious and all its resources.

The best time to do Faster EFT Tapping is in the heat of the moment
Right when something is bothering you. For example, right now you think, “I’m upset and I’m tapping on myself, that’s great!”
There’s also Reflective Tapping, which means I should’ve tapped then, but for some reason I couldn’t, so I’m tapping now.
There’s Exploratory Tapping, where we go back into the archives of our mind and start looking for areas and places we want to change.
Another style is when you’re wanting to create something in your life, create positive things, then what we do is use the Art of Change, to eliminate the negative resources, and then to reaffirm it by reimprinting what we hold.
Conquered Tapping involves finding a task, a fear, find something you want to overcome, and just start aiming at that and working through it in your mind. Clean up all the resources and tap tap tap till you overcome it!
Another great one is to find a project. Like your mother, or your ex-husband, ex-wife – basically anyone whose very thought rubs you the wrong way. Or maybe a big fear which you’ve been avoiding for years, be bold and try and see if you can address that as well.
