FasterEFT – Eutaptics believes that our emotions have a very physical, tangible effect on our health.
When you feel an emotion, if you pay attention to the sensation of that emotion, you will notice you feel it somewhere in your body.
It could be in your stomach, your chest, throat, head, or anywhere else.
This sensation you are feeling is a biological reaction.
Emotions are physical, even though we don’t consciously register them as such.
The emotion of stress is the most toxic emotion because it can literally wreak havoc on your body if left unchecked.
This is especially true if you’re not taking the proper diet or exercising regularly – both of which help to keep stress in check.
The ’emergency stress state’ is caused by the body going into the ‘fight or flight’ stress response mode.
This, in turn, causes the stress hormones cortisol and adrenaline to cause that feeling of anxiety.
The body is responding as if there is a physical threat when no such threat exists.
A few of the responses of this stress state are:
– Blood is pumped away from the organs to the extremities (for fighting or running away)
– The digestive system minimizes (not needed for escaping an attack)
– Healing is slowed or suspended (not needed for escaping in the moment)
– The molecules of the stress chemicals replace those of nutrients in being absorbed by the cells
– Activity in the prefrontal cortex of the brain is reduced (not needed for emergency escape)
– The immune system is impacted and compromised
The scientific community is rapidly coming to a consensus that yes, there is an undeniable connection between your emotions and your physical health.
FasterEFT is one the most effective, fastest and simplest techniques to use to combat these stresses and their effects.
You may be thinking, how can you we be so certain that emotions do affect our physical health if we can’t see them?
Well, that’s exactly what this Finnish study did!
Imaging Technology Maps How Emotions Affect the Body
Researchers in Finland asked 700 volunteers from Finland, Sweden, and Taiwan to think about one of 14 predetermined emotions, and then paint the areas of a blank silhouette that felt stimulated by that particular emotion.
Using a second blank silhouette, they were asked to paint in the areas that felt “deactivated” during that emotion.
To help them generate the appropriate emotion, they could read a short story or view a video.
The experiment showed that generally speaking, people felt emotions in the same way throughout their bodies, regardless of age, sex or gender.
The Huffington Post writes,
“Our emotional system in the brain sends signals to the body so we can deal with our situation,” study leader Dr. Lauri Nummenmaa, assistant professor at Aalto University’s School of Science in Finland, told NPR. “Say you see a snake and you feel fear… Your nervous system increases oxygen to your muscles and raises your heart rate so you can deal with the threat. It’s an automated system. We don’t have to think about it.”
The Mind-Body Connection
There is a way to understand how emotions work so that it’s easier to deal with.
When you are re-living an event, your mind cannot tell the difference between the actual event and the memory.
That’s what emotional health and by extension, your physical health depends upon.
So whenever you relive a past traumatic event that is heavy with emotion, that triggers your body to respond in the same way it did before.
This means that an emotion is felt just by thinking about it.
If you think about things that make you happy, you will feel happy.
So whenever you worry about something that is going to happen, you are stressed.
This causes your body to go into fight or flight mode.
The fact that you can activate your body’s emergency response, which produces stress chemicals, just by thinking about something negative, means that you have the power to influence your body’s physiology.
That’s why chronic illnesses manifest so quickly in people who are constantly worrying about future events or reliving traumatic memories from the past.
Their emotional health then depends upon the quality of the thoughts they are thinking.
The great news is, if you can make yourself sick by thoughts alone, you can heal yourself by your thoughts as well!
In the past decade or so, there’s been a huge interest in the mind-body connection.
Many therapies have been formed to help people balance their emotions with their physical health.
However, Faster EFT is the most effective, time efficient, and easiest technique to learn and use.
We can now confirm that Faster EFT helps in reducing the emotional intensity of memories that trigger the stress response.
The proof is the thousands of testimonials we’ve gotten from doctors, nurses, biologists, and everyday people who were suffering from chronic illnesses and NOW live a healthy life.
Once the emotional trigger is removed or reduced, the body is able to return to its natural state of health.
That’s because that is what it was designed to do – thrive not strive.
FasterEFT Counters the Effects of Negative Emotions
Consistent FasterEFT tapping “rewires” the neocortex.
This causes a change in automatic thought patterns – and, as a result, in emotional states.
However, there may be a faster and more direct way to make these changes.
FasterEFT has been designed to change memories that cause negative emotions into positive memories.
By changing a memory from negative to positive, the resulting positive chemical responses produce a very different effect on the body.
In addition to this, the changes in the neocortex are an automatic result since all changes in thought patterns cause restructuring in the neocortex.
FasterEFT not only causes the user to think differently by using new connections in the neocortex.
It does this with the original memory instead of with the current thought process alone.
In other words, instead of working with the neocortex (and by association, with the limbic brain) alone, it is designed to work with the subconscious mind.
That’s the part of you that is in charge of your automatic reactions and responses.
The result is: very fast, significant changes in the brain and in the automatic responses of the body.
Changes are made on a more permanent basis using the cerebellum, instead of relying on repetition to change the neural pathways.
The cerebellum is the part of the brain responsible for automated and instinctual reactions and responses, as well as emotional memory.
