How to Change Your Reality using FasterEFT

What is “reality”? Each person’s experience of reality is unique, based on their subconscious references. Two people can be exposed to the same event at the same time and yet have two opposing experiences. One may find the experience fun while the other finds it traumatic. What makes the difference? It is the fact that the event is represented differently in each person’s reality. And you can choose to change your reality if you wish, using FasterEFT!


Everything we experience is filtered through the records or “evidence” we hold in our subconscious. These records are collected as we grow from birth onwards, and filed as references. As we go through life, interacting with others and experiencing different events and circumstances, the subconscious refers to these records (since they form the “facts” on which our reality is based) and we see those experiences through that filter. Change your reality, and you change the way you see the world – which changes the way you experience the world.

How to Change your Reality

In order to change your reality you need to change the source of that reality – the records that your subconscious considers proof of who you are, what the world is and how it all works. FasterEFT is the most effective way of changing these records.

Step One

Make the conscious decision to change your reality. Read: Why Some People Struggle in Life and Others Don’t to help you to make that decision.

Step Two

Notice what is bothering you right now. It may be a specific incident; perhaps it’s a particular person; it could be the fact that you don’t believe you can change your reality – whatever it is that is bothering you right now, notice it. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and just notice how it feels. How do you know it’s a problem? What does it feel like? Where in your body do you feel it, and how strong is that feeling?

Step Three

Using two fingers and focusing on the feeling of your fingers on your skin, gently tap on the following meridian points and say the phrases. – Between your eyebrows – “I release and let this go”

– Beside your eye – “It’s okay to let this go”

– Under your eye – “It’s safe to let this go now”

– Just below your collarbone – “I don’t need it anymore, and I’m okay as I’m letting it go”

Step Four

Grab your wrist, take a deep breath, blow it out, and say “Peace” then go to a peaceful memory.

Step Five

Now go back to whatever it was that was bothering you and notice what’s different. Has the feeling changed? Is it being represented by a memory that may have changed? How has it changed, and what is left? Just notice, and then repeat Steps Three through Five until the feeling or memory has completely flipped.

Tips for Success

Don’t stop until the feeling or memory has flipped completely and there is nothing negative left. It is only when this has happened that the original record has been successfully changed.

You may find that while you are going through the process, other memories, thoughts and feelings come to you (including physical sensations). When these come up, notice them – notice how they feel, where you feel them, and how strong they are – and then tap again. Do this until you are feeling good with no negative feelings at all.

As you go through everything that bothers you and rewrite the original records in this way, you will see the results in the changes in your experience of the world around you. As you change these records you are literally changing your reality.
