It Works for Everyone Except Me

Do you feel that FasterEFT works for everyone except you? Here’s the truth and what to do about it. You’re not alone in believing that it works for others but won’t work for you – this is a very common belief. In fact, there are many, many people who believe that nothing will work for them – even though others experience great results. They believe that there’s something about them that means nothing will work – that they are beyond help or that it’s too late for them. Although they may have “proof” of this “fact” through their experiences so far, it is simply a belief. It is one of the records that is providing “evidence” to the subconscious, based on life experience, resulting in a “truth”. If you have this belief, and you really want to make changes, here’s how to break that pattern of “it works for everyone except me”.

Step One

Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and take a moment to think about how you know it works for everyone except you. What examples do you have? When have you experienced this feeling in the past about other things? Think back to the first time you can remember feeling that something was fine for someone else but not for you. Remember the details – see what you saw, hear what you heard, feel what you felt. Try to make the feeling as strong as you can – this is the process of aiming, and the stronger you feel it, the quicker it will change. Notice how that feeling feels, where in your body you feel it, and how strong the feeling is.

Step Two

Using two fingers, gently tap the following meridian points while focusing on the feeling of your fingers on your skin and saying the phrases.

– Between your eyebrows – I release and let this go now

– Beside your eye – It’s okay to let it go now

– Under your eye – I don’t need it anymore, and it’s safe to let it go now

– Just below your collarbone – It’s not real, it’s not happening anymore, and it’s time to let it all go now

Step Three

Grab your wrist, take a deep breath, blow it out, and say “Peace”. Go to a peaceful memory and enjoy the feeling of that for a moment.

Step Four

Now, go back to the memory you went to in Step One; and notice what’s different. Notice if the feeling has changed in any way. Notice if the memory has changed in any way – notice if the picture is different, if the expressions on the faces of those in the memory are different. Notice if the action is different. And notice what’s still there. You are now aiming at what’s left.

Step Five

Go back and repeat Steps Two through Four until the memory has completely flipped and the bad feelings have been replaced by good ones.

Once you’ve cleared this core belief that it doesn’t work for you, you can start addressing the other things you want to change using FasterEFT and you will be free to experience the results you desire!

The Keys to Success

Do not stop until there is no trace at all of the feeling “it works for everyone except me” – or any other bad feelings. Even if there is only a small amount of the bad feeling left, repeat Steps Two through Four until you feel good. This is how you will clean it up completely.

If other thoughts and memories come to you during the process, be sure to address those too.
