Your choices, behaviors and actions are all based on the records held inside your subconscious, that are designed to keep you safe.
Even the bad stuff you do to yourself, is based on the subconscious understanding that you are being kept safe and in alignment with your version of reality.
The reality you experienced.
The good news is; you don’t need to continue this way.
In order to change how you love yourself, you need to change those records. You need to change the subconscious references of what love means.
Then you will automatically be making different choices, and loving yourself in a whole new way.
What is Loving Yourself?
Loving yourself is letting go of what you hold inside yourself, about yourself.
It’s about changing the references you hold that provide the structure for all of the negative beliefs you have about yourself.
It is changing those records to give yourself ultimate forgiveness – by changing what you hold.
By changing all of the “proofs” that you hold that give you the evidence that supports your current view of yourself, your love for yourself will automatically change.
You have learned to treat yourself the way you do.
You weren’t born with it; and it is not based on objective fact.
You learned it from your environment and those who raised you.
Perhaps they treated you the same way, or perhaps they treated themselves that way.
That is based on what they learned from their own life experiences.
Now you have the opportunity to break that cycle.

How to Love Yourself – Getting Started
You need to start by going inside yourself.
This can be a scary idea at first, but it is the only way to truly make significant changes.

Go inside gently, but do go inside.
You won’t find the answer anywhere else.
Start from where you are right now.
Notice how you feel, notice what bothers you, and then use the FasterEFT process to tap it out until it flips.
Make a list of the things that bother you about yourself – all of the things you don’t like about yourself – and then pick the worst one.
Think about it, and notice how you know it bothers you.
What is it you dislike so much, and why?
Keep repeating the FasterEFT technique until you can’t find that feeling of being bothered by it anymore.
Keep going until it changes.
Go through the list, doing the same with each thing you don’t like about yourself.
How to Love Your Body – The FasterEFT Approach
If you don’t like your body, or something else about your appearance, think about how you know you don’t like it.
Once you’ve flipped the feeling, look at yourself in a mirror, and notice what comes up.
Are there still any negative feelings or thoughts there?
If so, tap them out until they flip.
You don’t dislike those things about yourself because there’s something actually wrong with them.
Although the feelings may seem very real, and whatever you think is wrong may seem obvious.
The truth is – the only reason you don’t like those things is because you have subconscious records that prove they’re “wrong”.
Change the records, and you’ll change the way you feel.
As you change the way you feel about your body, you will start making different choices about how you take care of it.
Changing those records will change the way you eat, the way you exercise, and other choices you make daily that affect your health.
And this will happen automatically – as an automatic result of the changes you’ve made within you.
Learning how to love yourself means learning how to forgive yourself.
We all blame ourselves for things that have happened, or bad choices we made in the past.
But, whatever those things are, they’re not happening now.
They’re over, and it’s time to stop repeating them in your mind, and let them go.
Go to the memory, and tap until it flips to something good.
Change how you represent that event in your mind.
It won’t change what happened – you can’t change the past, but you can change how you hold it.
You can change the records inside yourself that are affecting your life in so many ways.
Daily Ways to Love Yourself
When you wake up in the morning, take a moment to notice how you’re feeling.
How are you feeling about yourself, and how are you feeling about the day ahead?
Then tap on whatever is bothering you in the moment.
Do something that makes you feel good every day.
Take some time out to sit and enjoy the beach or a garden, or a walk in a forest, or a bubble bath, or some music.
Watch something that makes you laugh or makes you feel good.
Catch up with someone you love, who makes you feel good.
Do at least one thing every day that feels good.
Give that gift to you.
And if you feel resistance to doing this, or you think you don’t have the time or opportunity – tap on that!
This is a top priority since it affects absolutely everything else – how you feel about yourself affects the results you experience in all areas of your life – so, prioritize it.
The Happy Journal
Get yourself a journal – a happy journal.
And write in it, all of the good things you can remember.
You may not be able to remember many at first, but the more you write, the more you’ll remember.
Make a list, in your happy journal, of all the things you appreciate about yourself.
What are your good qualities?
What do your friends like about you?
If negative thoughts or resistance come up, tap right away – in the moment – until it flips.
Then continue writing what you like about yourself.
When someone says something nice to you, or about you, accept it – and then write it into your happy journal.
