Trances, Pattern Interrupts and Habits

We react and respond according to the memories we have stored coming from previous experiences. We cling to those that work, or so we think. Little do we know that we also cling to those that don’t work. Our unconscious and subconscious which are free of logic and reasoning, often work against us instead of benefiting us.

Trances immensely simplify our lives. For example, driving a car, showering or even sometimes performing complex skills such as mathematical calculations become second nature to us. Sadly, many of us also run unhealthy trances that can be very limiting.

Just like in the instances of panic, anger, worry, depression, etc. these limiting trances can cause us to spiral deeper into more negative mental programs, such as fear and a whole spectrum of invisible illnesses.

To break habits and trances, you can use FasterEFT tapping. FasterEFT tapping is a pattern interrupt, an applicable but sudden and unexpected thing, that you do in the moment, to defy the trance you inhibit at the moment. It can help you break out of it. Visualization

Visualization is a powerful tool that one can use to change mental programming. Nonetheless, it is obvious that not all of us can form precise and vivid mental pictures. For others, it is simply too difficult, that is why FasterEFT technique manipulates memory using various methods of changing memories using all our sensory data.

Some people can use the FasterEFT technique to improve their visualization skills.
