I get asked often, “Do the results really last?”
Short answer: Yes.
Long answer: Yes, but that depends on you and how much you really want the changes to happen. The results will last a lifetime if you make the decision today that your life, your transformation, and your peace are your top priorities.
Imagine your body as a car. Each year there’s a little more wear and tear, a little more noise, and the longer you drive it the more love you have to give it to have it work like it used to.
Sometimes that wear and tear stays with you for longer than you’d hoped, and just like the car metaphor, your body is left struggling. Chronic pain develops, illness develops, and there’s only so much medication can do.
That is because medication is meant to treat the symptoms of pain, not the pain itself. That comes from understanding where the pain started, why it has continued, and how YOU can change it without pills or creams or expensive therapies that don’t do the whole job.
Some time ago, Ellie found herself in this exact situation. Tired all day, constantly in pain, feeling hopeless and depressed, wondering why nothing was working. No doctor had the answer, no medication was the cure.

Ellie was on cloud nine. So much so that instead of leaving after her weekend seminar was done, she decided to stay for the full week of You Can Change Yourself Master Training.
It’s safe to say, that week changed her life.
When the training was done, she was thrilled to go home and start teaching friends and family what she learned. But most importantly, she was excited to share how her body and her pain had changed.
Within a couple of months Robert was hosting the Level 2 Training “Fundamentals of a Powerful Session”, so Ellie threw caution to the wind and signed up. After months of being pain free and off medication had boosted her happiness and she wanted to share that with the man who made it possible.
The Level 2 Training just made things better, so she thought, “Why stop there?” She went on to complete her Level 3 Training, another transformational weekend, and another, every time bringing someone new along. With each person who attended their lives were changed. The stories of transformation amongst Ellie’s friends just got better and better.
Seeing so much positive change in those around her, Ellie decided that it was time to bring the most important person in her life… her mom. Reluctant, her mother did attend and with her and she brought four decades of addiction and physical pain.
Robert worked with her tirelessly on each issue and one by one, she felt the cravings for drugs and alcohol fade. Ellie’s mom was so impressed that she decided she would be her daughter’s sidekick for all the events to come. With time, the addiction had gone completely and she had started to be a more present Grandmother to Ellie’s kids.
