Our bodies are with us forever. Whether they are what we envision as the “perfect” body, or something closer to “needs work”, it’s time we celebrated these bodies for the journey they take us on.
Each person has a unique goal in mind for their health, their shape, their overall feeling, but the common thread amongst these goals is that they want to be happy with what they see in the mirror. When your mind prevents you from loving that reflection, your natural reaction is to enter a vicious cycle of low self-esteem, self-sabotage, doubt, hatred, jealousy, and the list goes on. This cycle becomes the program stalls other areas of your life and inevitably takes a toll on yourself and your relationships.
But that doesn’t have to be your program. No matter what your problem or your goal, you can love your reflection through all of its stages and lose the unwanted weight with ease.
