How would one begin the process of releasing the addiction to a person?  It's an obsession, and while I do not become obsessed to the extreme as I did in my 20's, it's still bothersome to me.

I have tapped on this issue from several perspectives to get to Peace.  However, one of the Habilitat clients recalled his strongest deterrent is of having someone else's vomit in his mouth.

I do use a practitioner but mostly tap on myself between sessions.  Which option would be more effective?

    Thanks much!

Your lights are on, but you're not home Your mind is not your own

Your heart sweats, your body shakes Another kiss is what it takes

You can't sleep, you can't eat There's no doubt, you're in deep

Your throat is tight, you can't breathe Another kiss is all you need

Whoa, you like to think that you're immune to the stuff, oh yeah

It's closer to the truth to say you can't get enough

You know you're gonna have to face it, you're addicted to love

You see the signs, but you can't read You're running at a different speed

Your heart beats in double time Another kiss and you'll be mine, a one track mind

You can't be saved Oblivion is all you crave

If there's some left for you You don't mind if you do

Might as well face it, you're addicted to love

Therefore, in order to get love,…you know that song “You may as well face it, you are addicted to love”…

BEAUTIFUL and Powerful, J P!  Yesterday I changed the focus of my tapping to letting go of the urgency to heal my problems.  Then I prayed for a shift in perception and the catalyst was this video you posted above.  At least for the time being I no longer feel the urge to fix myself.  Perhaps that has been the source of anxiety all along.

Thank you for your time and energy to help me see from a different perspective!  Laugh
