How does a practioner deal with mandatory reporting? (I am also a certified substance abuse counselor.)

it would be nice to have a forum on the little details of starting a private practice: the forms required, case notes – if any, general ethics, mandatory reporting… Any help with these issues would be most appreciated.

I don't know anything about Oregon.  I just finished a book on Energy Medicine, an encylopedia.  Most states regulate energy medicine under massage therapy laws.   EFT and FEFT are considered enegy medicine.  I would google state board of massage therapists and see what comes up. A few states regulate accupressure and accupuncture apart from massage.  Hopefully, someone has a better answer than me.
