    Bashar and Negative Beliefs

    Now, here are some ways you can neutralize the negativity beliefs caused in you:
    Remember that negative feelings are caused by negative beliefs. You can neutralize negative beliefs by remembering they are just beliefs and not empirically true.

    Remember that beliefs can always be changed. Remember that all situations are fundamentally neutral. Remember that your existence and your self worth are more fundamental than any belief.

    Remember that negative beliefs make positive beliefs easier to see by contrast.

    You can remember that negative beliefs are your creation. You are always in control. You are always empowered and even if your using your power to make it seem like your not, you still are.

    If you remember that positive beliefs never use negative reinforcements but negative beliefs use positive reinforcements because they are deceptive by design.

    Remember the yin yang concept, no matter how dark things may seem you always have the ability go towards the light and vice versa. Remember to be okay with the process of discovering what your negative beliefs are. So you can truly let go of them.

    Remember that negative beliefs belong to somebody else, and you do not have to carry them. Remember that you are never alone and always have help. Remember that you are always loved and supported, no matter what.

    Remember to forgive yourself, and other people. To remember you can choose something you prefer without invalidating what you don’t.

    To be completely honest about your negative beliefs.

    Don’t let fear stop your momentum if your going to be afraid anyway, why not go ahead and push through regardless?

    If you find that you are experiencing fear, push through the fear, even though it gets louder that only means its reaching its breaking point, and eventually it will dissolve.

    Don’t forget that your the creator of the negative belief and you are more powerful than it.

    Remember that positive beliefs make you feel light and free its the negative beliefs that make you seem tired and heavy.

    Drop what your ego thinks it wants. Let go of all your assumptions and go to zero.

    Don’t resist change, go with the flow. Its not what you don’t know what gets you into trouble. Its what you know that isn’t so.
