Do you remember the story Robert said about how he helped a boy with OCD, who imagined terrible things every time he ran over a bump in the road?

I bet many non-drivers have similar imaginations stopping them from being drivers. I found that his protocol worked very well for me, for lots of things, including the idea of driving. “Teach me how you do your OCD so I can do it for you?” makes you think of it in a whole new way, instead of in terms of a disease or disorde like OCD, or instead of just “a failure”, it becomes just a collection of symptoms, beliefs and reasons, each of which can be tapped away and transformed. What JOY> THANK YOU Robert.
