I am a smoker and I so want to quit but when I start working on quitting I tend to smoke a whole lot more. Lately I have been really beating myself up about being a smoker and not being able to quit.
So, a quick mindset shift…. Smokers smoke. Non-smokers quit. Start thinking of yourself as a non-smoker.
When you try to quit, you cause the panic alarm to go off in your head. You are likely using smoking as your go-to coping machanism. What will you do to cope when you stop smoking?
