    When working with a practitioner in order to check off your peace list… how much of whatever bothers you, how much of the experiences, memories etc do you actually have to share in order to get rid of the feelings connected to them?

    I feel there is just too much content and also some things I would feel quite uncomfortable about sharing. I just don’t know how much is “appropriate”. Wondering if much of what I wrote on that list isn’t just unnecessary minutiae… I guess I’m also afraid of coming across as pedantic and hyper-sensitive, which I am in a way though…
